For the last year and a half, I have been dedicated to using the P.volve method as my main form of working out! I love it.. what can I say?!

If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen one of my daily stories highlighting my P.volve workout - you know, a 7 AM mirror selfie or silly boomerang! I’m so facinated by other peoples workout routines, and after receiving my own load of questions I finally filmed and dedicated an entire Youtube video to my daily workout routine.

In the video I break it all down - why I love P.volve, what it involves (streaming service and equipment) and where and when I fit it into my lifestyle.

For those who are really interested, I thought it would be fun to share my favorite workout series on the streaming app! There are over 100 workouts, so instead of digging through all of them… this list will help you to hit the ground running - or in this case p.sitting (p.volve inside joke!).

 

total p.volve experience

This is a 7-part series that uses every pieces of essential p.volve equipment.

The workouts range from 28 min - 48 min

These are meant for advanced members, and some of the moves are a little tricky - but if you are comfortable with the method you will rock this one!

These are my go-to workouts! Not too long and really work my body. I don’t have some of the equipment used, but I am able to modify to make it work.

7-day p. sweat

This is a 7-part series that focuses each day on one piece of equipment.

These workouts average about 30 min each.

The series is a much faster pace than most of the p.volve workouts. They transition between slower focused movements to p.sweat bursts that get your heart rate going.

I like the simplicity of these workouts that give me a cardio boost and make it easy with just one piece of equipment. I also love this series for when I travel. They don’t take a ton of time and are great on the go!

7-day reset

The HARDEST and BEST series! My current favorite. This is a 7-part series created by the master trainers filmed inside of their living rooms (quarantine edition).

Each workout is about 60 min long!

This is the most advanced of all the workout series - at least in my experience. I am DRIPPING sweat after each one and feel all sorts of new soreness every time.

This has been my go-to during quarantine because I have more time to commit to these!
