If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen my weekly check-ins from the gym. You may have also noticed my mention of P. Volve. What is P. Volve? Well.. it is the workout I’m obsessed with these days!

P. Volve is designed and created by Stephen Pasterino, and he became well known for his work training the Victoria’s Secret models. His method is all about mastering precise movements that activate hard-to-reach muscles. It is low-impact and it involves a lot of stretching. It’s a CRAZY workout, and not because it is CRAZY-HARD but because you move your body into the weirdest positions.

When I found P.volve I felt like my body had plateaued with all the workouts I had been doing for a long time. I wasn’t seeing results as quickly and honestly I was bored. So.. I decided to give P.volve a try. At first, I couldn’t believe that this kind of workout would result in changes, but after about 3 weeks.. the changes started showing up.

My booty was lifting (and my booty had never lifted), my hips were carving out and my body felt amazing. Instead of sore and uncomfortable, I felt stretched, stronger and energized.

MY WORKOUT SCHEDULE

All the details about what I’m doing…

With the results I started to see, I dove all the way in! I bought the entire P. Volve ultimate package that includes: P.ball, Gliders, 2lb Hand Weights, Light Ankle Band, Heavy Ankle Band, 1.5lb Ankle Weights, 3lb Ankle Weights and a P.band. At first, I wondered if I would need all this equipment, but quickly I learned how easy and powerful every item is and how much it helps create the perfect workout.

I also signed up for the monthly streaming service which has a library of workouts to choose from, and new workouts added each week. I never get bored because I’m always trying new ones and returning to my favorites when I’m in the mood.

I’ve been on a pretty consistent schedule of doing a workout 4 days a week, even if it just a quick 20-minute one. I’ve found that focused workouts don’t have to be really long to see results.

Another thing that has blown my mind, is that I am not doing any form of cardio… no running, burpees, jumping jacks, etc. AND I’M SEEING AMAZING THINGS HAPPEN IN MY BODY!!!

I love that as I’m aging this workout really feels like it will take me through each stage of my life and also help my body move in the way that it is supposed to and stay strong and healthy without injuring it.

I’ll keep you all posted as things keep developing… but just know.. I’m in LOVE with P. VOLVE!!
